Funbrain is a website that offers educational games, videos, and books for kids. Funbrain is designed to help students develop their reading, math, and problem-solving skills in a fun and engaging way. Funbrain offers a wide range of games and activities, including arcade-style games, puzzles, and interactive quizzes. This is a great and easy-to-use tool that I would incorporate into my classroom in my future teachings! Blog 11- Cool Math Games

 The next technology I want to talk about is cool math games. Cool Math Games is a website featuring games and puzzles for kids and teenagers. The games are designed to be educational and fun and cover a range of topics including math, logic, strategy, and more. I think that this is a very easy tool to use as it does not require any sort of account to use, however, there are games that some teachers might not see as educational. It is up to the students and the teacher to use this tool responsibly. I think Cool Math Ganes would be good for higher elementary school students. Blog 10- Star Fall

 For my next post, I will be talking about Starfall. Star Fall is an engaging and fun website with many games for children to play to practice different skills used in school. The skills range from math to reading. Starfall also has a variety of fun games relating to the seasons and Special days! I remember using Starfall when I was in elementary school, however, they have kept up to date on their program! Personally, I can see myself using this in my future classroom especially because it is easy to set up and use! This website does not even require accounts for the children or the teachers. I also find this tool to be versatile in the subjects it covers and the grades it caters to. I think Starfall would be a great technology to incorporate into the LAT lesson plan Framework. Teach My Monster is the next technology I am going to talk about! Teach my monster is an online learning program designed to help students develop their reading skills. The program is very engaging and allows children to create their own monsters. From a teacher's standpoint, they can create classes and individual profiles for each student. The kids follow their monsters along through their adventures and challenges to learn to read. Students can improve their phonics, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension skills. The program includes a range of interactive activities and lessons that are engaging and fun, making it an effective tool for students of all ages. In addition to its instructional content, this program also provides teachers with real-time data and progress reports, allowing them to monitor student performance. Overall, Teach my monster is a great resource for students who want to improve their reading abilities and build a strong foundation for future academic success.

The next technology I am going to talk about is Desmos. Desmos is a free online calculator and graphing tool that is widely used in education. The tool is particularly useful for algebra and geometry, as it allows students to manipulate equations and see how changes affect the graph. Overall, Desmos is a great tool for educators who want to enhance their students' understanding of math and help them develop problem-solving skills. I think Desmos is very easy to use and has a wide variety of uses. In relation to the SAMR framework, this technology replaces a normal calculator with a free and easy-to-use online one!

The Next technology I am going to talk about is Remind. This app was found in Dr. Wang's PPT. Remind is an app that allows teachers to communicate with students and parents easily. With Remind, teachers can send messages, announcements, and homework assignments directly to students' and parents' phones. This makes it easy for everyone to stay informed and up-to-date on what's happening in the classroom. Remind also allows teachers to schedule messages in advance, so they can plan out their communications ahead of time. The app is free to use and can be downloaded on both iOS and Android devices making it easy to use. Overall, Remind is a great tool for teachers who want to stay connected with their students and parents in a quick and efficient way. I can definitely see myself using this in the future to communicate with my students and families. I think this can connect back to the TLC framework for the communication stage.
